March 2018 Monthly Favorites

This month has flown by for me and I can't believe that it is already time to share my March monthly favorites! Below are some of my favorite beauty products and songs from this month.

Glossier Coconut Balm Dotcom

I am definitely a little late to trying this favorite, but after using it this month I can see why so many people love it. Earlier this month I received a Coconut Balm Dotcom sample in an Ipsy bag, which I was very excited about since I have had my eye on it for awhile. Glossier claims that all their Balm Dot Com's are 'universal skin salves', but I have only used mine as a chapstick. As a chapstick, it is super moisturizing and has been a life saver for my lips during the cold weather. This product also has super cute packaging and smells great, which is a major plus. Overall I would recommend this and I am planning on ordering a full size once my sample runs out.

Glossier Priming Moisturizer

Coincidently, I have a second favorite from Glossier this month. I have had a Priming Moisturizer from Glossier for almost a year now, but have found a new use for it this month. I had bought this originally to use as a primer, but I found that it didn't do much for my skin and didn't help my makeup last longer. I hadn't used it in a while until this month when I had the idea to try to use it as a moisturizer rather than a primer. Ever since trying that, I have been using this product as my regular daytime moisturizer; I love how it makes my skin look and feel more smooth than the moisturizer I had been using before. I would highly recommend picking up this product as a lightweight daytime moisturizer if you have dry skin.

Mario Badescu Lavender Facial Spray

For years the Mario Badescu Rosewater spray has been my holy grail and I have repurchased it many times. After running out of another bottle this month, I decided to pick up their newest spray instead, which is lavender scented. Although I still love the rosewater spray, this one is slowly becoming my new favorite. I find this spray to be slightly more soothing and calming since it smells like real lavender. I plan on repurchasing the lavender spray after I run out, so I would say it is definitely a favorite.

Instead of My Room-Charlie Burg

Unlike last month, I don't have an entire album to recommend; instead, I have a few songs. It's hard to pick just one favorite song for the entire month, but one I have been listening to a lot is 'Instead of My Room' by Charlie Burg. I actually found this song through my discover weekly and since then I haven't been able to stop listening.
